Mark is the owner and Head coach of MSC Performance, with 10 years experience working with elite athletes and an MSc (Hons) Strength and Conditioning. Mark has achieved great success with his athletes at international level, as well as working with the British Armed Forces as a Strength and Conditioning Consultant.
Max graduated from the University of The West of England, Bristol, in 2013 with a degree in sports therapy and rehabilitation, and is currently studying for his MSc in Strength and Conditioning at St Marys University, London.
Hendrik holds a First Degree Honours (BSc) degree in Sports Therapy and works in MSC Performance as a Strength Coach and Assistant Sports Therapist. He has completed numerous courses including Advanced Spinal Mobilisations and Manipulation. He is currently studying Computer Science in Oxford University.
Over the past several years, Josh has invested time to develop his knowledge through degrees and qualifications in order to give an athlete, sports team or simply a beginner starting their fitness journey research backed coaching and programming. Josh also delivers British Weightlifting and Strength and Conditioning qualifications around the country.
Luke graduated Wolverhampton University in 2010 with a Degree in Sport Studies. Luke has an extensive background in Powerlifting, recently placing 3rd at the 2017 British championships. As a powerlifting coach Luke has coached several athletes to British medals and records along with a Commonwealth Powerlifting Champion.
