MSC Barbell Club
Under the guidance of your coach, you’ll complete regular workouts throughout the week to build up your strength, improve movement quality, and build lean muscle. Working in a fun and motivating group environment, you’ll be working on your own personalised training programmeme, tailored to your goals and level of experience!
MSC Met-Con
MSC Met-con focuses on developing your energy systems. Our structured programmeming focuses on development of speed, power and aerobic capacity in a fun group environment. Our Met-Con sessions will ensure you build a great fitness base, as well as helping you to lose some body fat. These sessions run all week, with morning and evening options, and the class is open to any levels of ability and is always adjusted appropriately for individuals based on level of experience.
Personal Coaching
Our personal coaching packages are perfect for those looking for exclusive 1 on 1 coaching with MSC’s proven and successful systems. Personal coaching includes a bespoke amount of private coaching per week based around your work schedule, along with a full weekly programmeming and support network.
Semi-Private Coaching
Our Semi-Private Coaching packages are perfect for those looking for personalised programming, weekly accountability coaching and flexible class time slots. With a maximum of 4 people per class, this is a great way for beginners/intermediete gym goers to work towards perfecting technique whilst making fast progress under the watchful eye of our team of coaches.
